The City of Olean Public Works Department will open up the Front Street Yard Waste Lot on Saturday, November 20, from 10-2, to allow city residents the opportunity to dispose of grass clippings and leaves, along with small tree branches and limbs. You must show proof of residency to the Public Works employees on duty. No contractors, please!
