The Olean Youth Bureau and Recreation Department will start their “Learn To Skate” Lessons in October, at the William O. Smith Recreation Center. The 3-session lessons take place Saturdays, October 9th, 16th and 23rd, from noon-1:00. Cost of the lessons is $25, which includes skate rentals.
