The Olean Youth and Recreation Department will hold Learn to Skate Lessons at the William O. Smith Recreation Center in March. The three-lesson series will take place from noon-1:00pm on the first three Saturdays of the month-March 4th, 11th and 18th. Cost is $25, which includes skate rentals.
